THE PROCESS WITHOUT PLANS

You know you want to build a new home but in terms of everything else you may need a little help in getting started. We can help you from this stage if you need it. Make a time to come see David and he can guide you through this initial process. All you need to know or bring with you is -

• A site plan or basic plan of your land
  
• A Budget 
• A list of your 'must haves' 
• Pictures of your inspiration
• All your ideas and wants 
  

After we have met and gone through your desired homes needs we will take this to our draftsman who will come up with some initial design concepts that we will then begin to refine and work with you to create your desired outcome for your home. We will then go through the building process.
