DAVID HOGAN- OWNER / DIRECTOR
David is the owner and director of Evolv Homes. David and his wife Elise established Evolv Homes in 2017, they have three young boys together.

David has been working as a carpenter and builder since 2008 and over this time he has built a reputation amongst his clients and peers of delivering high quality craftmanship and service. David prides himself on not only providing a quality product but also an overall personal experience.

Outside of family and Evolv Homes David has a passion for cattle farming, hailing from a family of Cattle breeders. Growing up in Bendigo, David's knowledge of the town, property market and trends are all important in the building game. David's easy going and grounded nature has helped shape Evolv Homes in one of the fastest growing quality and reliable Custom Builders in the Region.

CONNOR - PROJECT MANAGER
Connor has joined the Evolv team since deciding to persue a career in carpentry. He is a Bendigo local who likes to keep active and involve himself in local community sport. Connor shows fantastic initiative and communication skills. We are lucky to have Connor and his organization on site and working on our projects.

JASON - ESTIMATOR - PROJECT MANAGER
Jason brings a unique blend of experience and leadership to the team at Evolv. With years spent across estimating, project management and mentoring, he’s someone who lifts the standards of everyone around him. He’s great with people, and always brings a problem-solving mindset to every job and project.

GAV - QUALIFIED CARPENTER
Gav is always looking to go the extra mile for his customers. He is known in Bendigo
for his sporting abilities both in Cricket and Football. Gav has brought a great dynamic
to the team at Evolv and is always smiling on site. He offers great knowledge
in every step of the build.

JAKE L - QUALIFIED CARPENTER
Jake has been part of Evolv Homes since the very beginning and has grown alongside the business. After completing his apprenticeship under David’s guidance, he has taken on an office-based role where he continues to be a loyal and highly valued member of the team. His understanding of the trade and commitment to Evolv make him a key part of our operation.

JUDD- APPRENTICE
Judd has already shown great growth throughout his apprenticeship. With strong ties to the building industry through his family, he’s continuing to develop his skills on site while being guided by the team and completing his off-site studies.

NARELLE - ACCOUNTS / BUSINESS MANAGER
Narelle has joined the Evolv team since moving to Bendigo from Brisbane. Narelle is head of our accounts and has fit in seamlessly into the Evolv family. She has a vast experience is book keeping and finance managing roles. She has had major roles in Brisbane at a reputable architectural and design firm. We are lucky to have Narelle with us and her wise advice and experience in her role is so valuable.  

ELISE HOGAN
Elise has completed a degree in Design and also undertaken further studies in styling, 3D modeling and interior design to help clients achieve their ultimate dream spaces. ​
Elise is our photographer, social media content creator and works with our local and Australian sponsors and brands to continually build relationships within our building and interior community.

EAMON - QUALIFIED CARPENTER
Eamon has extensive experience in the carpentry industry. A great leader amongst the apprentices showing them the way in work ethic and methods. A qualified carpenter that brings a wealth of knowledge and eagerness to build quality homes for our clients.

JOSH - QUALIFIED CARPENTER
Josh completed his apprenticeship under a reputable local builder. He is the ultimate team member on site who always provides a laugh and helps everyone onsite to achieve the best possible outcomes. We are lucky to have josh on the team at Evolv.

PETER H - QUALIFIED CARPENTER
Peter joins the team on the back of a variety of skills the in carpentry industry. A great leader and level headed thinker amongst the apprentices and instilling great on site habits. A qualified carpenter that brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for extra detail and problem solving.

JAKE W - QUALIFIED CARPENTER
Jake brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team at Evolv. He has completed his carpentry training in the Bendigo region and has built a number of homes from start to finish. He provides great problem solving skills and is a great leader amongst the younger apprentices following his lead.

JYE - QUALIFIED CARPENTER
Since joining the team at Evolv he has shown great initiative in learning from his peers and learning his craft. He is a Bendigo Axe Creek local and has a keen interest in the building sector. Jye is a keen footballer and cricketer for Strathfieldsaye and shows great communication and team work on site.

LOGAN - SCHOOL BASED APPRENTICE
Logan is an exciting prospect joining us as our very first school based apprentice. He shows a keen interest in learning the trade and being involved within the team. Logan shows great initiative and is a great contributor when he is on site with us. We look forward to watching Logan grow with us.

BLAKE - SCHOOL BASED APPRENTICE
Blake shows a genuine eagerness to learn the trade and get involved on site. Blake brings great energy, takes initiative, and contributes well whenever he’s with the team. We’re looking forward to watching him grow and develop with Evolv.
